What do the leading four mayoral candidates think about the arts in San Francisco? A broad coalition of over 100 arts organizations asked arts writer and critic Steven Winn to sit down with Angela Alioto, Supervisor London Breed, Supervisor Jane Kim, and Senator Mark Leno to discuss several issues, including arts in our public schools and an upcoming ballot measure that would restore historic funding for the arts and dedicate funding for cultural districts in San Francisco.

The arts coalition is a broad community of artists and arts organizations representing cultural equity, cultural centers, neighborhood arts, and civic institutions that have come together, in collaboration with cultural districts, to advocate for a better San Francisco through dedicated funding for arts and culture.
